Rock-Hosting SASU operates as a hosting provider and its liability regime is governed by Articles 6-I-2 and 6-I-3 of the French LCEN of June 21, 2004.

Illegal content management

• Immediate blocking: Upon receipt of a valid notification, the reported file is immediately and automatically made inaccessible to the public.
• Client notification: The file owner is informed by email and has 24 hours to respond, justify, or remove the file.
• Automatic deletion: If no action is taken by the client within the deadline, the file is automatically deleted from our servers.
• Proactive search: We search our entire infrastructure to identify and block any copy of the same file across other clients.
• Recidivism sanctions: In case of repeated notifications concerning the same client, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate their service, in accordance with our terms of use.
